CAEP Accountability Measures

The Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) requires annual reporting of four accountability measures from the Educator Preparation Provider (EPP-College of Education) demonstrating accountability and performance of the initial-undergraduate licensure teacher education programs and advanced graduate licensure educational leadership programs to share with stakeholders and prospective students.

Impact Measures

Measure 1 (Initial). Completer effectiveness and impact on P-12 learning and development

Measure 2 (Initial and/or Advanced). Satisfaction of employers and stakeholder involvement

Initial Programs (Component R4.2, R5.3) & Advanced Programs (Component RA4.1)-Satisfaction of employers

Outcome Measures

Measure 3 (Initial and/or Advanced). Candidate competency at program completion

Measure 4 (Initial and/or Advanced). The ability of completers to be hired in education positions for which they have been prepared
