Graduates of Mississippi State University (MSU) College of Education’s (COE) initial teacher preparation programs, as well as graduates of MSU’s Educational Leadership-School Administration (advanced) programs, are matched to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) by the National Strategic Planning and Analysis Research Center (NSPARC), a research unit of MSU. NSPARC produces an annual Impact Report Card that includes a specific measure reporting the employment outcomes of program completers.
