College of Education and Mississippi Department of Transportation receive Award

The College of Education and The Mississippi Department of Transportation receive the Mississippi Association of Partners in Education (MAPE) Board of Directors Partnership Excellence Award. The award was for Pre-service teacher STEAM training sessions to prepare future teachers to train tomorrow's workforce.

The College of Education attended the Mississippi Education Partnership Conference and Governor's Awards luncheon on February 27th. These annual events are attended by representatives of public school districts statewide and include networking opportunities, informative speakers and enriching learning sessions that address Mississippi's most relevant educational issues and challenges.
