[IRC LOGO] Copy Charges for Organizations and Departments

Organizations and departments with valid University BANNER account numbers may charge fees accrued to their respective accounts if the account is provided at the time of the transaction along with a telephone confirmation number for inquiries. Each transaction is recorded in a records book and each entry is to be signed by that department's or organization's representative. All accounts are billed each month by the IRC for payment due.
