| Dr. Deb Wells is heavily involved in the counseling profession.
She was Chairperson (2003-2005) and member of the Mississippi Board of Examiners for Licensed
Professional Counselors (2001-2007), Professional Development Chairperson for
American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) (2000-2006) and elected Southern Region Director 2006 for AMHCA. Her research interests
include ethics in licensure, supervision training of Masters students, supervision development in
Student Affairs, and Licensure encouragement for College Counseling
students. Dr. Wells also sees clients in private practice. |
