| Dr. Palmer is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who has worked extensively in criminal justice, mental health, and traumatic brain injury service systems. His research interests include: hardiness of degree of adaptation to spontaneous events, genetic predisposition to coping and adjustment, and efficacy perceptions of people who have disabilities. |
