You can use the following forms when planning your program of study.  Before meeting with your academic advisor, you may wish to print a planning guide.  Each program of study contains "elective" course work.  When you meet with your advisor, you can discuss which courses would be appropriate as electives in your discipline.  Together, you and your advisor will develop a formal program of study.  This program of study is used to determine when students have completed their degree requirements.
