a non-teaching bachelor of science degree in Educational Psychology, enriching courses in human growth and development, learning, measurement, personality theory, exceptional populations, research methods, general and social psychology, A curriculum that prepares you to work in a number of different positions within many helping professions.

you would like to work with individuals in challenging settings.

OUR GRADUATES ...

Work in a variety of settings including social service agencies, counseling centers, law enforcement, churches and church-related programs, management and sales, public relations, preschool education settings, military, and others.

Find employment working with diverse groups of individuals such as these examples: in group homes for the mentally retarded, inner-city youth projects, in rape crisis centers working with women of all ages, or in community counseling centers working with abused children.

Continue to graduate school or seminary for further training in such career fields as school or guidance counselors, community counselors, minister or church youth workers, student life director, rehabilitation counselors, educational psychologists, psychometrists, or school psychologists.

EACH EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY STUDENT . . .

Completes a 43-hour curriculum in educational psychology, plus, a concentration area that the student chooses which consists of a set of support courses that complement the major such as counselor education or family studies,
